‘DENNIS’
This two level brick home traces its origins back to traditional architecture. The interior is firmly rooted in the 1990s, however, with minimal walls separating main living areas such as the kitchen and family area. Walls or half walls could easily be added for privacy.
The U-shape kitchen is compact and accessible from the two-car garage for convenience and weather protected unloading of groceries. A handy peninsula counter opens the kitchen to the family room so the cook can converse with guest or supervise kids while preparing meals.
Upstairs, the master suite fills the floor, creating a private domain. The hip roof helps open the master suite, creating an airier space.
